I want to ask if I order the Silvertron 3 to the UK, the shipping price 28.5$ include taxes also?if not how much tax must pay?I live in Israel but I have a friend in the UK who can bring me the item.

The shipping cost does not include any taxes.  That would be charged by the UK as import duties.  There is no American tax.  I ship via USPS First Class mail parcel out of country.
