Hi Kephra, what does the silvertron elite do that the previous silvertron doesn't and why?

It has more selections for water amount in both English and Metric units (1 cup to 1 gallon, and 250ml to 4L)

It has a built in voltmeter to make set up easier and more accurate.

It has an audible beeper to indicate end of run.  <-- My wife's favorite feature.

The case is smaller.

The touchscreen is bigger with larger touch buttons.

The suspend function is improved so the machine can be suspended in the middle of a run, powered off, then restored to where it was and the run resumed when the unit is re-powered.   This is useful for very long runs when you must leave but don't want to leave the unit unattended.

These changes were made because these were features I wanted for myself, and the older SilverTron could not be made anymore because of parts supplies.  The touchscreens for the SilverTron I are no longer manufactured.
