hi Kephra usually the silvertron was working ar 15 . 20 volts now drop to 8. what I am doing wrong?

Adjust your voltage by moving your cathode wire up or down.
If you want to keep a specific voltage, you have to readjust you cathode up or down.
Move your cathode wire up a little to increase voltage.
