Neither are easy to make the way we make colloidal silver or CG.
Both are likely to be intensely poisonous. If you want to take chromium, there are already supplements available. My wife and I are both taking chromium supplements to help with weight reduction. Vanadium may also be available. Use the normal inorganic supplements, they are cheap and easily available.
We have discussed other colloidal elements before and there are none that can be made the way we make CG and colloidal silver.
Your enthusiasm is commendable, but the alternatives are available from the usual Internet sources.
