I noticed that there were posts with missing pictures, so I went through the database and fixed the links for them.  Let me know if you find a post of mine which should have a photo but doesn't.

Yes.  You can insert multiple pictures as attachments, or if you host the pictures through a hosting service, you can use the image tags to add pictures to a post.
To use image tags

I noticed people were having trouble adding attachment to posts, so I have been troubleshooting this issue.
Let me know if it still doesn't work for you.

Max size for an attachment is 512kb, and max # is 4 per post.
Photos should be .jpg or .png file types.
