Colloidal Silver Production / Re: Colds and colloidal silver

I've probably had over 100 colds in my lifetime and this one seems like any other that I can remember. For me, an average cold lasts two to three weeks if left to run its natural course with no intervention. From previous colds treated with colloidal silver, 1 1/2 to 3 days is my average and a huge improvement over no colloidal silver at all. Even if this is some other type of bacterial, viral or fungal pathogen giving me cold like symptoms, I would still expect that colloidal silver would be active against this type of pathogen when attacked through the respiratory system and the blood at the first sign of symptoms, but bottom line is, it is as if I am not taking any colloidal silver at all and this cold is still raging on which is very, very surprising to me!

A cold normally only lasts three days. Add maybe two more for the rest of the symptoms to subside and you are probably then not correct in the diagnosis.

Can't help you further in this case, I have no idea.

Maybe its not a cold.  There is a long list of diseases which mimic cold symptoms.

Colloidal Silver Production / Colds and colloidal silver
« Last post by Art on Yesterday at 10:17:44 PM »
Colloidal silver has worked every time for me when it comes to colds as long as I used an ultrasonic humidifier to deliver the colloidal silver. Colds usually go away in a day and a half to three days as long as I start treatment at the first sign of a cold. I caught a cold over a week ago and brought out my ultrasonic humidifier and loaded it with colloidal silver as usual and started treatment at the very first sign of the cold. For some reason, this time the colloidal silver is not working! I even started to consume a quart of 20 ppm on the second day when symptoms did not seem to lessen and in fact continued to worsen. I have continued with the quart per day in addition to the inhalation procedure but so far, no relief. It has been over a week now and this cold is going full blast and has now settled into my chest causing a cough despite the daily use of colloidal silver! I must say that this is quite a surprise to me as colloidal silver has stopped every cold I have tried it on. Had this been the first cold I tried colloidal silver on, I would  assume that it does not work for colds.

I've gone over everything to make sure that nothing is different. I made sure my humidifier is as clean as I can get it, I tried making two new batches of colloidal silver in case the first batch I started with had in some way gone bad even though it looked fine and was only about three weeks old. I made sure I followed my production procedure to a "T" as I have it written down with my SilverTron Elite. I'm stumped and stuffed up! It's as though I hadn't used colloidal silver at all. This cold is a tough one and I guess I will just have to ride it out. :o

Colloidal Silver Production / Re: Diluting 320ppm

The problem with doing that is that you would be making 640 ppm silver, which may be greater than the capping agent can handle.

Kephra...not an expert here by any means...getting ready to demonstrate that for you...Can I make 320ppm colloidal silver in a 1 quart jar but set the Elite for 2 qts, therefore getting enough silver for 2 qts and then, after finished, add a quart of distilled water or RO water to it to dilute it to 320ppm for 2 quarts???  Seems to me it would work but need your advice before I poison myself.

thanx

Glad to help,

Please do check all your choices against your own logic and requirements.
If you are going to use it regularly then you'll be the first so make sure you are
happy that all the calcs / volumes/ quantities / concentrations and workflow.

Also, if anyone else wants to review, comment, edit, make suggestions then please do post.

Think of it as RC1 / Beta version  ;D

If stuff seems wrong, it may well be the case!  ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D

(Would love to get the blood volume worked in to the dose calculator so if anyone has the correction to the calculation that makes the work then be my guest !!)
